FlatPack

The main zippered compartment features a full peel open design for rapid access and visual identification of essential equipment. The interior of the main compartment utilizes VELCRO® Brand loop on the front and rear interior panels to secure the suite of FlatPack Organization Accessories (sold separately) including Small Clear Top Bags, Large Clear Top Bags and other hook fastened accessories (Single Micro-Utility, Double Micro-Utility, Double Mag Wedge, Holster Wedge, Radio Caddy, HUB Board Caddy, etc.). The main zippered compartment also features an interior zippered hydration/armor compartment designed for carriage of the FlatPack Level IIIA Armor Inserts (Hard Armor and Soft Armor sold separately) or 1-litre hydration bladders for use with the integrated comms/hydration ports. The front of the FlatPack includes a VELCRO® Brand loop field for attachment of signal/ID/patches or expanded storage with the General Purpose Panel (sold separately).

A second full depth zippered compartment is in front of the main zippered compartment providing additional storage.

A third, admin zippered compartment, is located at the bottom of the pack for storage of smaller items.

The FlatPack includes a chest strap to add stability and comfort while under load as well as comms/hydration loops on the shoulder straps, and grommets at the bottom of the main compartment for drainage when operating in wet/humid conditions. If operating under heavier loadouts, the FlatPack Back Pad and FlatPack Shoulder Pads can be added for additional comfort (sold separately).

The back of the FlatPack features MOLLE/PALS webbing for direct attachment to plate carriers or larger sustainment packs or the FlatPack Piggyback Straps (sold separately) can be purchased for rapid don/doff capabilities when integrating the FlatPack with a plate carrier.

The FlatPack and FlatPack Plus were disruptively engineered to directly integrate with all Haley Strategic Chest Rigs and Placards (MOD1 Chest Rig, Micro Chest Rig, X Chest Rig, Heavy Chest Rig, TRMP Chest Rig, and MOLLE Placard Chest Rig) by removing the shoulder straps and replacing the chest rig harness with the provided FlatPack Side Straps.

Although designed with the Special Operations end user in mind, the FlatPack makes an excellent everyday pack for civilians (capable of carrying laptops or tablets up to 12”).

Note: Disruptive Grey colorway features a 3D Mesh Padded Back Panel (no MOLLE/PALS) and does not have a loop field on the front of the pack.

This manual should be read by all persons who have or will have the responsibility for using or maintaining this product. Any warranties by Haley Strategic Partners LLC with respect to this product are voided if the product is not used and maintained in accordance with the instructions in this manual. The following are general safety warnings intended to call attention to the fundamental performance limitations and areas of the product where proper usage must be followed. Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions and warnings contained herein may result in the product failing to perform as designed.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS OR WARNINGS WILL RESULT IN FAILURE, WHICH SUCH FAILURE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH

Inspect the product for discoloration, chemical contamination, excessive UV light exposure, cuts, tears, damaged threads/bartacks, abrasions or cracks before and after each use. If the product fails inspection, it must be destroyed or repaired by the manufacturer before further use.

Nylon Products

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of our nylon products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge. This excludes normal wear and tear. Products that we carry that are made by another manufacturer, such as North American Rescue, AXL, SOAR and others are subject to the warranty and service policies of those manufacturers. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase will be required.

Normal use allows for a 3-year life of this product, due to natural degradation of materials, if this product is 7-years old it should be destroyed (even if unused)
All replacement parts must be acquired from Haley Strategic Partners LLC or a licensed dealer partner
